| When will I receive my engagement ring? |
All engagement rings are unique and one-of-a-kind. All of our engagement rings are made-to-order to fit your personalized color of gold, center stone, and finger size. To design, cast and set an engagement ring takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Design complexity, supplies needed, and season are all factors that take part in determining the design time frame. Once the engagement ring is finished it will ship within 2 business days. We are dedicated to get you your dream ring as timely as possible. You will be updated throughout the whole ring design process.
| How will my engagement ring be shipped? |
All engagement rings are shipped through USPS express priority. Signature is required on all engagement ring shipments. You will receive a tracking number via text once package is shipped.
| How much is shipping for my engagement ring? |
Shipping on engagement rings is free of charge.

| Fashion rings & Bands |
The majority of fashion rings and bands are made-to-order. The design, casting, and setting process takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Design complexity, supplies needed, and season are all factors that take part in determining the design time frame. Once the fashion piece is finished we will ship it out within 2 business days.
| Other fashion jewelry, earrings, bracelets, necklaces |
We keep a larger inventory of other fashion pieces such as earrings, bracelets and necklaces. If the item ordered is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days of when the item was ordered. If the item needs to be made, it will be ready to ship within 2-6 weeks. If you need something rushed please call us to see what we can do. Every item is unique and we may be able to get some items to you sooner.
| How will my fashion piece be shipped? |
All orders with a retail value of over $300 will be shipped USPS priority express, signature required. All orders under retail value $300 will be shipped USPS with tracking, no signature required.
| How much is shipping? |
Purchases over $100:
Shipping is free on all orders over $100.
Purchases under $100
Expedited shipping within the continental US is $25.00
Normal shipping within the continental US $7.00
We do not ship internationally at this time.
